Lady Jessica is a fictional character from the DUNE novel series. She is the concubine of Duke Leto Atreides and the mother of his son and heir, Paul Atreides. Despite her status as a concubine, she is treated as the Duke's wife due to the couple's love for each other. As a member of the Bene Gesserit, a religious order of nuns with powers, she possesses mind controlling powers using her voice, and knows the "weirding way" of martial arts combat.

The character has been played by several actresses in live action: Francesca Annis in the 1984 Dune movie, Saskia Reeves in the 2000 Dune miniseries, Alice Krige in the 2003 Children of Dune miniseries and Rebecca Ferguson in the 2021 Dune movie by Denis Villeneuve.
