While his personality is more or less the same as it was in the game before the reincarnated Katarina took over, he is considerably more fond of Katarina and only has eyes for her, and his forward nature towards consummating their engagement puts him at odds with the overprotective Keith Claes - all the while Katarina has no clue as to why they're bickering.
