In the original plot of the game, he was a womanizing playboy, but upon being exposed to a different Katarina than the one in the game, he became a caring if at times overprotective brother to her, often putting himself at odds with her fiancé Geordo Stuart while the core subject of their argument flies entirely over Katarina's head.
