xingtian (feiren zai)

Feiren Zai character. An old god in "Chinese ancient myths and legends" (中国古神话传说), male and of unknown age.

He lost his head (which is now an another character named "Tom Leonardo Andy Daniel" [汤姆·莱昂纳多·德华·彦祖]), resulting in his nipples and belly button changing to serve as his eyes and mouth.
