wilson gerecke (ethan forsythe)

Original character from Ethan Forsythe's series Akagi².

Hailing from the Eagle Union, he is the base's current chaplain, attending to the religious needs of the base personnel, much to the disapproval from some (e.g. the Iris Libre).

He is loosely based on the real-life Henry F. Gerecke, the Protestant chaplain who served at Nuremberg during the Nuremberg Trials. (The historical Chaplain Gerecke was not as hostile towards Catholicism and got along very well with his Catholic counterpart during the trials.)
