A small raptor that lived around 75-71 million years ago in Central Asia.

For tagging purposes this tag more accurately refers to dinosaurs from the Dromaeosauridae (aka "Raptor") family of small to medium-sized dinosaurs, which contained Velociraptor and related species. Members of this family varied in size from turkey size to full grown adult human height. Mass media has popularized lizard-like featherless depictions of these dinosaurs, though evidence suggests they were fully covered with down-like feathers.
