umikaze (kancolle)
Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Umikaze. Character design by Kujou Ichiso, voiced by Ishigami Shizuka.
She has very long white hair tied in a single braid, blue eyes, and a mole under her left eye. Her default outfit is a modified version of the class' black serafuku with detached sleeves, featuring a large white stripe on the front of the blouse, blue neckerchief, black pleated skirt, black thighhighs, and mary janes.
She has a serious and eager personality, and tends to worry over her sister-ship, Kawakaze.
