Stand power of Johnny Joestar from Steel Ball Run. Its ability and appearance undergo multiple upgrades throughout the series:
Its initial power grants Johnny the ability to spin his fingernails and shoot them off as projectiles. The fingernails grow back. Johnny's hands are speckled with glowing stars when the Stand power is being used.
Namesake is the Fleetwood Mac album/song "Tusk".
