toughie
The Toughie, alternatively referred to as Arakure or Thugs, is a class of non-player characters that are present throughout the Dragon Quest series. Their attire often consists of horned masks, o-ring harness', and spiked bracelets. While a majority of Toughie NPCs are male, there are a small amount of female members that sometimes appear.
