As part of the former heavenly trio along with Sachi and Asagi Shigure, she is predecessor Heavenly Illusory Dragon and "mentor" of Tamaryu, as well as a teacher at the youkai school Tamaryu attends.

She otherwise has a "tough big sister" persona.
She was originally a male dragon disciple, and became female simultaneously with becoming a dragon. Her "attentions" for young girls come from his dead younger sister, Yuzuha, and lusts after Elza particularly because she looks like Yuzuha... which only makes Rindou MORE creepy...
She has short blue hair with a short side ponytail, yellow eyes and an eyepatch. She has a scar on her chest, which can be seen if her suit is slightly unzipped. She frequently wears a black bikesuit, with a usually-unzipped green fur-lined coat. She also frequently wears a loosely-fitting white belt, and black leather laced knee boots.
