An aquarium in Ikebukuro, Toshima famous for its panorama jellyfish tank and its penguin tank, which is visible from below via a glass ceiling (Danbooru asset #22883330).
The penguin display is featured in several scenes from BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!!, and it's located on the same floor as the planetarium featured in the same series.
