stella (pokemon)

Stella known as Atsuko (アツコ) in Japan, is a character only seen in the 64th episode of the anime.

She is a ringmaster of a circus outside of Pallet Town, her main Pokemon being Mr. Mime.

She has long blue hair, wears typical attire of a ringmaster consisting of: A red open tailcoat with gold sleeve cuffs, white pants, black knee boots, and a pair of pink sphere earrings.
