Sexual behavior taking place secretly or privately, but with a chance to be seen by other people on the spot.
Has a close meaning to public indecency, except that the chance of being seen is notably smaller. e.g. sex behaviors happening in a separate room (Danbooru post #9401050), or bondages with clothes covering the ropes (Danbooru post #8033719).
