OC created by Ryuusei (Mark II). A blue-haired rowdy fighter with a double bun hairstyle. Like Chun-Li before her, she mainly employs kick moves in duels.
Going by her father and mother, she is half-sharkfolk, half-shrimpfolk. Her "hair" buns (along with her tail) are capable of cleanly coming off (Danbooru post #9447059, Danbooru post #9447068) and are edible, in addition to regenerating.
