shirt tug
Tugging the bottom hem of a shirt downward, to adjust the fit or to cover the crotch or underwear.
Not to be confused with shirt pull (pulling the collar down), shirt tucked in (a shirt tucked in the pants), or sleeve grab (tugging on someone else's sleeve).
