Sessyoin Kiara transformed into a divine demon after absorbing Passionlip, Meltryllis, BB, and Matou Sakura in Fate/Extra CCC. This form is known as Heaven's Hole or The Third Pleasure Heaven of Deeply Grateful Existence, and is her appearance as the secret final boss of the game. She gains a pair of demon horns and switches from her Buddhist nun outfit to a revealing lingerie set.
