senjou no ookami ii

戦場の狼II

Senjō no Ōkami II (戦場の狼II, Wolf of the Battlefield II), also known as MERCS outside Japan, is a run and gun video game developed and published for the arcades by Capcom in 1990.

It is a sequel to the 1985 arcade video game hit Commando (known as Senjou no Ookami in Japan).

While not as successful as its predecessor, Mercs was well received by critics and was a moderate commercial success. It received a port for the Sega Mega Drive home console in 1991 and was followed by a downloadable game sequel called Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3 in 2008.
