ARMS character.
A young ribbon-haired pop star idol hailing from Ribbonics Records. She can make as many as 4 midair jumps to slow her descent, allowing for precise maneuverability. Along with Spring Man, she was one of the first fighters introduced.
Her primary ARMS are the Sparky, the Popper, and the Slapamander. Her home stage is the Ribbon Ring.
