A meme based on a panel of the Webtoon manhwa The Ki Sisters. In the manhwa's chapter 34, the character Queen Serina whispers to her crying newborn child, Laura "Queen never cry", causing the infant to immediately calm down much to the confusion of the doctors watching her.

The panel has since gained derivation.
