q (tribe nine)
A member of the Trash Tribe who is primarily seen around Aoyama Kazuki, a close friend of his that he's known for a long time. His appearance consists of pale skin, short grey hair, grey eyes, deep eye bags, black coat, torn white hoodie and baggy black pants.
His former identity is Otori Ojirou, which he abandoned when he disappeared from the public eye after his defeat against the Minato Tribe. As of chapter 3 of the game he revealed himself to be Otori Ojirou to the entirety of Neo Chiyoda.
