Porunga is a powerful entity first debuted in Dragon Ball Z. He is the dragon god and the Namekian equivalent of Shenron. He can be summoned via the Namekian Dragon Balls, which are visually identical to the earth counterpart except being significantly larger in size. He appeared as a muscular humanoid dragon with red eyes and green skin.

Porunga is considerably more powerful than Shenron, as he doesn't share certain limitations that Shenron has (such as asking for the same wishes in separate occasions). When being summoned, he is capable of granting three wishes. However, as a safety measure against evildoers, the wish can only be granted when it is wished in Namekian language.
