The Super-Base defence turret for the Last Bastion subfaction of the Foehn Revolt in the Mental Omega Mod for Command & Conquer Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge. Outranging all units save for naval siege units, the Plasmerizer is huge, takes up significant amounts of base power, and very durable to allow it to charge up a massive plasma railgun blast that deals considerable splash damage against all ground targets, with vehicles getting hit the hardest. So long as the Plasmerizer is screened against faster moving units and aircraft, the fact that the player can only have one of them at a time is of little consequence as they should only ever need one.
