The Party Parrot is a meme based on an emoticon of a gyrating rainbow kakapo, itself based on Sirocco, a kakapo who infamously tried to copulate with a zoologist's head on TV.. Naturally, there are numerous variants of the Party Parrot.

In Japan, the meme evolved into the TINTIN parrot, short videos where a Party Parrot teaches a random subject to four other Party Parrots, all speaking with the same English TTS voice regardless of whether or not they are actually speaking English (to hilarious results). Every few words, the class is interrupted whenever someone says "TINTIN" (and other variants) or something similarly dirty as they proceed to animate to music (typically Night of Fire by Niko).
