A minor NPC in Toushin Toshi II, and a boss character in its remake, Toushin Toshi Girls Gift.

In the original game, Pachikar is a pessimistic, low-ranking angel who spends her time at a desk stamping documents, lamenting that she never does anything fun in her life. In Girl's Gift, however, her character is completely overhauled, as she is now a hot-blooded Angel Knight with a strong will, known by the epithet "Fist Angel" due to using a pair of red boxing gloves for weapons.

Her design in the original game featured Pachikar with short, orange hair and orange eyes, wearing a white dress. In Girls Gift, Pachikar's design is altered to give her long, blonde hair, and she now wears a blue and white halterneck with large, golden wristbands adorned with the Venus and Mars symbols. She also wears a white skirt.
