oates (ff7r)

Oates, known as Mugi (ムギ) in Japanese, is a minor character in Final Fantasy VII Remake. He is a young boy living in the Sector 5 Slums. He seems to distrust many adults, but does like Aerith Gainsborough, and asks for her help when things go awry. He hangs out at the slum kids' "secret playground" that leads to their hideout, and acts as something of a spokesperson for the collective of slum kids when dealing with Aerith and Cloud.
