Character from Masterwork Apocalypse.

Origin: Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Seas (French: Vingt mille lieues sous les mers), a classic science fiction adventure novel by French writer Jules Verne. In the book, Verne conceives a submarine, the Nautilus, completely autonomous from the terrestrial environment and powered solely by electricity. Its engineer and owner is Captain Nemo who, with his crew, cut off any relationship with the nations and with humanity. They live only on what the sea gives them. The food, the raw material they need to produce electricity and clothing, and even the diving suits come from the sea.
