mu (orguss)
A fictional, hostile robot race from the Choujikuu Seiki Orguss mecha anime science fiction TV series from the 80s. They are the main antagonists in the show.
The Mu are a very advanced robotic civilization that possess a massive army of several powerful combat spacecraft, fighter aircraft and several different mecha. They come from an alternate dimension where an A.I. singularity caused advanced robots to rebel and erradicate the human race. The Mu robot race are the result of this catasthrophic apocalyptic event.
