mikazuki (kancolle)
Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Mikazuki. Character design by Kusada Souta, voiced by Hidaka Rina.
She is portrayed with long black hair, and yellow eyes. Her default (and only) outfit is the class' uniform: a serafuku consisting of a black shirt with black sailor collar, crescent pin on the sailor collar, black skirt, black kneehighs, and grey shoes.
Her rigging is shared with the rest of the class: her funnel and a depth charge to her back, a 12 cm handgun mount with a shield, and two 61 cm triple torpedo tubes on her ankles.
She shares the same name as Mikazuki Munechika from Touken Ranbu and, as a result, is often paired with him in various crossover fanart. Their grouping is tagged "三日月爺孫" ("Mikazuki Grandfather-Daughter") in pixiv, since Mikazuki the sword spirit is a self-proclaimed old man (and thus the grandfather), while his ship-girl counterpart is a very young girl (hence the grand-daughter).
