A character from the visual novel Dracu-riot!
The stereotypical loli who's the same age as the heroine, Yuuto. She's the headmasters of the dormitory and does not like being treated like a child.
When at work she wears a Miko's dress and is assumed to be dressed like that to be the Special Administrative Region Management Department's mascot. Its official name is long, so it's often just called the 'Yin Yang Bureau'.
