Sarazanmai character.

The older brother of Kuji Toi. A ruthless gangster that makes enemies wherever he goes. He used to be in charge of taking care of Tooi after their parents' death, but puts him under the care of their aunt and uncle afterwards. In truth, he cares for Tooi deep down, and started his life of crime by taking the credit for Tooi shooting his gang boss.
