KPop Demon Hunters is a 2025 3D animated action musical movie created by Sony Pictures Animation and released on Netflix on June 20, 2025.
The movie follows the K-Pop group Huntrix, composed of Rumi, Mira and Zoey, who are secretly the latest trio in a line of demon hunting songstresses. For generations, they have protected the human world from demons sent by the Demon King Gwi-Ma by fighting them and using their singing to empower the Honmoon, a barrier between the two worlds. However, Huntrix faces their most difficult challenge when a new boy band called the Saja Boys, who are actually demons in disguise, attempt to take over Huntrix's popularity and steal their fans’ souls to break the Honmoon.
