Protagonist of the second television series in the Kamen Rider franchise.

To avenge his slain family, Shirou Kazami asks Kamen Riders No. 1 and No. 2 to alter him into a cyborg. Though reluctant at first, the Riders grant his request. With a worthy successor, the Riders depart, leaving Kamen Rider V3 to defend Japan and bring down the organization responsible for his family's murder, Destron.

V3 is distinguished by his red helmet with green compound eyes, white scarf, and green body suit. He is modeled after a dragonfly.
