A supporting character in the Kamen America comic series and the third member of the Kamen Corps. Her real name is Kimiko Kaneko. She is a young, Japanese woman and the heiress of a massive instant ramen company. She sought out Carly seeing her as a role model to help her learn to balance her obligations with her passions. She was also struck by the same debris as Carly and Misha, giving her control over the flow and temperature of water while in her transformed state. Kimiko wants to be a radiologist but is unable to pass the college entrance exam despite having taken it 78 times.

Kimiko has brown eyes long black hair tied into a ponytail with chopsticks. Her hair turns blue when transformed.
