A meme based on a 1999 magazine ad for an "Emil Holder", a key holder that supposedly brings the owner good luck. The ad involves a man taking a money bath with two women by his side, the man holding the aforementioned key holder and all three of them holding stacks of money, captioned with various promises of good fortune, "勝ちまくり モテまくり", which can be translated as "Get all the money! Get all the girls!", being the one that caught on the most.
Notably, this meme got referenced in chapter 61 of Golden Kamuy.
