When the image featuring a photo/video of the character on the screen (phones, TV, computer, etc.), while that character themself is physically present within the same image as well.

Usually, this is done to compare their outward public appearance with their private side, with NSFW works further emphasizing the contrast between the "pure" public appearance and hidden degenerate true self.
