jade (azur lane)

ヤーデ(アズールレーン) ヤーデ

Azur Lane's personification of the German aircraft carrier Jade. Character designed by Freng.

She has medium-length/short grey hair, blue eyes, and medium breasts. Her default outfit consists of a long-sleeved black dress with a cleavage cutout, black pleated skirt, white socks, black high heels, single thigh strap on her left leg, white gloves, and an Iron Cross badge above the cutout. Her rigging consists of a 105 mm twin anti-aircraft gun mount, two 37 mm twin AA guns, a flight deck with two aircraft catapults forward, three keys, and an Enigma machine.

She was originally laid down in real life as the ocean liner Gneisenau before being taken by the Kriegsmarine in 1942 for carrier conversion. In Jade's case, her conversion was not even accomplished before cancellation later that same year while her two sister ships Elbe and Shin'you saw actual work being done.
