Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese submarine I-14. Nicknamed "Iyo". Character design by Shizuma Yoshinori, voiced by Imamura Ayaka.
She has short black hair with a single long strand on her right side, and brown tsurime eyes. Her default (and only) outfit is a school swimsuit shared with her sister I-13: hers has her name emblazoned over her left hip. Over this, she wears a serafuku-style white shirt with a center breast cutout and white sailor collar, brown neckerchief, and partially fingerless black gloves.
Her rigging consists of headphones with a hat patterned off her real-life bow, her real-life conning tower/hangar on her left arm, and red rudder footwear.
