houshou kai ni (kancolle)

The second remodels/kai ni of Kantai Collection's Houshou, as seen in Danbooru post #5878341 for standard kai ni and Danbooru post #5878299 for E version.

Released 06 December 2022, her kai ni comes in two forms: standard kai ni and a transport "E" version. She keeps her usual traditional outfit from base form in her standard kai ni but gains a white hair ribbon, large white sash (these two are the most obvious changes to note if she's not depicted with her rig or in her E version), and a 28 cm rocket launcher on her quiver, while her flight deck gains a catapult (faintly seen).

Her "E" version swaps her base outfit in favor of a green kimono meant to represent her real-life camouflage pattern, while she holds a daihatsu amphibious landing craft.

In remodeling Houshou from kai to kai ni, a prototype catapult is required as she never received any upgrade after 1944 (when she was modified to handle heavier aircraft for training purposes), and never received any aircraft catapult.
