The Hard Rock/Heavy Metal version of Hatsune Miku, belonging to the Hagane group of Heavy Metal Vocaloids.

The original version has silver hair and was created by Hansi. The other was created by Momopanda, and has streaked pink hair with silver highlights and a tattoo on her midriff. See Danbooru post #782652 for reference.
