good omens

Good Omens is a 2019 fantasy tv series based on the 1990 book of the same name written by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett. Developed by Amazon MGM Studios and BBC Studios, the series follows two unlikely friends, Crowley the demon (played by David Tennant) and Aziraphale the angel (played by Michael Sheen), who must join forces to prevent Heaven and Hell from starting the Apocalypse.

The series was well received which led to a second season in 2023 based on an unwritten sequel that Gaiman and Pratchett were planning before the latter's death in 2015. A third season was originally in the works for 2025, but due to recent controversy with Gaiman after allegations of sexual assault with fans in the past, the third season was turned into a 90 minute episode and will now serve as the final episode.
