fluttering heart illusion
An optical illusion in which an image, when overlaid with a certain semi-transparent template, will appear to move when the whole image is shaken.
The illusion became a Twitter meme in September 2019. Images with this template are intended to be viewed on a smartphone and shaken to cause part of the image to bounce or jiggle.
