Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese escort ship Etorofu. Character design by Akasaka Yuzu, voiced by Shuto Yukina.

She has short red hair with orange gradient tips, thick eyebrows, and purple eyes. Her default outfit is the class' serafuku: a white shirt with a blue sailor collar, aqua neckerchief, white gloves, blue pleated skirt, black socks, and grey loafers.

Her rigging is shared with the rest of the class: her funnel and masts to her back, a 12 cm handgun mount, 25 mm anti-aircraft gun and depth charges on thigh straps, and an anchor with an ankle chain.

She has an energetic, dutiful and forthright personality, similar to, but even more eager than Fubuki.
