day of wrath (infinitypilot)

A fanfiction/rewrite of the Doom (series) by infinitypilot, specifically of Doom (2016) and Doom Eternal, that aims to rework the series' narrative into a single coherent and self-consistent storyline, while simultaneously fleshing out the world and giving it a greater sense of scale.

Alongside community content created by other fans, Day of Wrath includes all-original content such as new weapons, powers, locations, monsters, characters, and side plots with resolutions, but its main effort is to resooooolve all the plot holes and inconsistencies in the official games' narratives.

Despite being a mostly literary effort (posted mainly on SpaceBattles and AO3), Day of Wrath features all-original artwork, which can be found on the creator's DeviantArt and Pixiv.
