Item in Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon, used for the Inner Senshi to transform into their Sailor Senshi identities in the fourth and fifth seasons of the series. It appears as a small pink wand with an orb colored in each girl's theme colors. Their planetary symbol is seen in front of another symbol, depending on the mythology behind each one.

• Sailor Mercury's Mercury symbol is in front of a lyre
• Sailor Mars' Mars symbol is intertwined with a bow and arrow
• Sailor Jupiter's Jupiter symbol is in front of a wreath of leaves
• Sailor Venus' Venus symbol is in front of a heart-shaped laurel of flowers

The Outer Senshi are never seen with Crystal Change Rods in the fifth season.
