condorito (character)

A cartoon character created by the Chilean cartoonist René "Pepo" Ríos Boettiger, and the protagonist of the comic book series of the same name. He is an anthropomorphic Andean condor with a rascally and sarcastic personality, often depicted as an everyman or a lower class individual.
