cleanup fellatio

A type of afterplay in which someone uses fellatio actions (licking, sucking, etc) to clean semen or other sexual fluids off (or out) of their partner's penis. It can also be used to prepare a penis that has already ejaculated for another round.

If someone is performing fellatio on a penis that has already ejaculated at somewhere else than mouth, it's this.
