Charlotte Linlin, better known as "Big Mom", is a character from One Piece. One of the Four Emperors and the female pirate with the highest bounty in the world.
"Big Mom" is the leader of the titular Big Mom Pirates, who gained the nickname for the infamous tactic of "marrying" men of various races for the sole purpose of siring children to use them as political pawns to arrange marriages with various countries under her influence. She has 43 "husbands" (all of whom were immediately abandoned as soon as their child was born), 46 sons, and 39 daughters, and had given birth every year until she was 60 years old.
Having eaten the Soru Soru no Mi Devil Fruit, Big Mom has the ability to manipulate the soul of anyone who has a fear of death or allowed her to do so, which allows her to cut the lifespan of that soul and put it inside various objects. She created various familiars with these powers to supplement her already superhuman strength in battle.
