cecelia (arknights)

An NPC from Arknights. A young Sankta girl with long, white hair. During the events of "Guide Ahead", she becomes a person of interest by various factions who either want to rescue her or use her for their own reasons. It is later revealed that Cecelia is special as she is a Sankta child of a Sankta mother and Sarkaz father, something considered impossible since Sankta children are only born between two Sankta parents while children between a Sankta and a non-Sankta always results with the child being non-Sankta.
