An ambiguous term. Instead use:

• Skyrocket, a fireworks made from a solid-fuel rocket. The smallest type are commonly referred to as "bottle rockets."
• Water rocket, a rocket commonly made of plastic bottles launched using water and pressurized air. Also sometimes called a "bottle rocket."
