Amemiya Amane is an aloof, strict Biology teacher who is hired by Sakura Touya's father to tutor his son, alongside her colleages Akizuki Sara, Onodera Rio, and Shiono Nagisa.

She is a young woman with short pink hair, with bangs covering one of her eyes. Her typical outfit consists of a white tank top with a red skirt, though she also has an outfit consisting of a pink dress with a maid apron, alongside a hairband with cat ears.
